While the property is a little dated, the views are terrific! However, the 1990’s vintage fluorescent bathroom light blinking on and off was quite annoying. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay - the mattresses were great!

We woke up to the power being out our first morning. Electric cooktop, no breaky, no Saturday morning cartoons for the kids…special treat we don’t have at home. Of the multiple lines to call (front desk, maintenance, etc.) there is no answer.

Very rude and attitudes are not the the way to treat paying guests. I can’t handle a job in hospitality. You shouldn’t be in that kind of work very very, very disappointed in my stay here. I grew up here. Spend a lot of time here. Lots of money and to be treated like I don’t deserve to be here. That’s not cool and the front desk might deny my disabled person to bring me a luggage cart is pretty pretty pretty bad.

The check in process was easy and the girl that helped us was amazing however our room was a different story. It was extremely outdated. The screen was bent and barely hanging on, there was no lock on the window and we were on the 2nd floor with a child. Very unsafe. The room was clean ish. No microwave tho. And we were supposed to have a jetted bath tub and did not. The handle for the shower was broken and actually fell off while I was in the shower leaving the water turned all the way to hot. It was awful and also extremely dangerous. It would have burned my little niece that was with me. The bathroom in the lobby looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The amenities were great and the staff at the pool/rec center were wonderful. I wouldn't recommend or stay here again. Not worth the $$$ at all.

We have been coming to Eagle Crest Resort for over 25 years. It was a great place to bring the whole family for vacations and for using the inn when we need a place to stay passing through going down to California/ Arizona. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures to justify what I will describe about the amenities at Eagle Crest. When you use their sports centers, they are out dated. When you use the pools, the pool towels are so old and nappy. The lockers are old and rusty. The lighting for their tennis courts are not well lit. The pickleball courts have huge cracks , frayed netting , and look old and dirty. The exercise equipment is out dated. This place use to be a destination that you would say," I can't wait to come back next year". I'm sad to say I will not return to one of my favorite places to vacation and use for an over night stay.

Nice course. The fairways were tight, rough was challenging, and the greens were great to put on. I noticed all this on every course I played in the area.
