We love it at Eagle Crest.

The location.

We have owned a week at Eagle Crest since 1988. This year we stayed in Unit 303 across from the Sports Center. It is an original unit and in need of a complete upgrade. In addition is was not clean.
First, the heat was 83 when new opened the door. It took two employees two hours to solve that problem. The wall above the dryer had two or three lumps of lint on it and the dryer lint basket was clogged. We opened the dishwasher and it was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned. Some of the wall paper was peeling.
We always love the outside pool at the Sports Center. It is very clean and swimming in it is a delight.

The wildlife and trails.

My parents bought into Eagle Crest timeshare back in the 80’s. Since they passed I resumed their ownership and the place is still the same, so peaceful and beautiful but tastefully remodeled. I was concerned because there’s a new management company now, but they’ve been easy to work with and we feel grateful to continue our family traditions on the Canyon Rim side of EC.

Have Room ready when arriving at expected time. Provide instructions for main TV operation and channel lists. What happened to binder with general information?
Peace and quiet. Great grounds maintenance.

Be prepared for the number of people coming. There were 6 of us and we had bedding for only 4. They did bring additional bedding the next day.
