What great weather. First time swimming this time of year

Friendly staff, very responsive when questions asked via text, quick & easy check in, very clean unit

We are really relaxed and enjoying our stay. Played golf yesterday on the Resort Course and enjoyed it.

Fantastic visit! Very grateful for a relaxing weekend. We arrived late and they had everything ready for us so we could get right to sleep. Beautiful scenery

Fantastic stay! We will definitely be back! We knew we would arrive after office hours so we called ahead. Candace had us all set up so when we arrived we could just get to our condo. We arrived at 1:00 am and Val was there waiting for us. We had a key and a map to the unit in under 3 minutes. Val’s instructions were super clear!

It always a pleasure to check in through Candace. She is great. So easy and fun to talk with and ensures our vacation and needs are taken care of.

Been an owner for 20 years and this is the worst unit we've had. There was a mess of bird crap on the entry way which was coming from a bird nest above. There is a bright light that stays on all night coming from the large event building. There are cobwebs on most of the blinds. There were red hairballs on the upstairs bathroom floor. The fan in Master bedroom had hanging duct tape and the wires were completely exposed. I don't know what to say except we are disappointed with this year's visit.

Called this morning to make my reservation for next year. Started at 8 Nicole answered, at 8:13, she put me on hold, then came back & said she would call me back in 2-3 minutes. She never called me back. Now I’m waiting 23 minutes to get helped.I am not impressed

Everything has been wonderful. We love our accommodations . Staff has been helpful and professional. Eagle Crest is like having a home away from home!
