5:00 pm is way too late to allow people into the unit. Blatantly lying about unit availability causes extreme mistrust. When bedtime is 8:30 last meal needs to be finished by 5:00.
Health of your customers means nothing to you.

Allow people into unit earlier to allow people to cook dinner before bed.
Many seniors (most actually) have health issues that require homemade meals with precise timing. Starting a vacation completely off schedule ruined the entire experience.

The shower in our ADA unit was very nice. A couple items were missing but they were brought to us quickly.

Everything was relaxing, beautiful, clean & the worst thing we experienced was having to leave.

Everything was very nice. The one small maintenance issue we brought to the attention of staff was passed along to the appropriate department right away.
One thing we did, was go to the visitor center in town and got some great info on local attractions, maybe suggest that to guests.
Quiet, peaceful, the deer are always fun to see. All the staff we came in contact with were just exceptional, friendly and welcoming. They also did a great job of explaining things if we had questions.

Staff has been great. Unit was clean and ready for our stay. We really enjoy our time at Eagle Crest and all the amenities it has to offer.

The resort is great - the toilet paper in the units needs to be upgraded (sorry - but it's no better than tissue paper). Looking forward to the Canyon Rim "Welcome Center" having a more professional appearance.
We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest. The resort is close enough to Bend, Sisters and Redmond to take advantage of great restaurants and activities, but the beautiful location surrounding the resort provides all the rest and relaxation anyone could ask for. We like to take advantage of the winter-wonderland experience. The resort is decked out with a Holiday light show, the walking paths are perfect for a bundle-up walk to the onsite pub, full-service cafe, or the great restaurant. Three sports centers, multiple pools and hot-tubs throughout the complex. This resort provides everything regardless of what season you travel.

Ensure that all the little details are taken care of. And unit 238 there were at least four blinds that did not work properly.. the outside rails are deteriorating and I was told by the maintenance people which are great that that’s on the schedule to deal with this winter. It was a great.
