For decades, owners and guests of Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest have returned to enjoy a relaxing, resort-like experience in the beautiful high desert of Central Oregon. Here are a few reviews from our guests.
Check in wasn't smooth but everything else has been good. Staff was very responsive to our need for infant pack n plays.
Housekeeping has responded to our needs, immediately!
Unfortunately, my wife's health issue made staying in the smoke and poor air quality impossible for us, so we checked out early on Tuesday
The smoke can't stop us from having a great time at E/C. This is our 40th year coming to E/C.. I gave my timeshare to my Grandson. Now he can start his family memories.
Have the bird poo cleaned off of the deck 'before' arrival.
Also have the internet/wifi 'fixed' before our stay
The unit was clean! First time in years that we didn't have to clean or vacuum the unit.

The room keys should work!
Also, dining options were disappointing.
The facility is beautiful.

The ONLY thing we had any issues with was the cleanliness of the room! Being an owner of a pretty good cleaning company located in Washington I noticed a few things in the room, but they were discussed with the staff and they seem on top of it!
The amenities were wonderful! The pool was our favorite, we had two small children with us.

Shortly after we arrived and placed food in our refrigerator and freezer, I noticed that there was no ice in the freezer…so I made sure the bucket was in the right space and pulled the lever out. Checking an hour or so later, no ice forming and freezer food defrosting…refrigerator also not cold enough…noted temperature control was set on the lowest setting so increased it but still did not come on…called front desk…told Val , the security man would try to get “creative” and come up with a fix…it is a long story which I can share by phone if you wish. We were moved and the new unit has the main large window with a broken seal so essentially we have the main view obscured. I am one of the original owners here and am disappointed in the general upkeep here. This is the first year that there is no snack bar at the pool. Also, since you took over, only discounted golf course is the resort one. The first unit we were in had stained and torn carpeting and a small thing..no napkins in the units…also would appreciate enough dishes so we do not have to run half loads when 5 or 6 people are staying in each unit. I hope improvements can be made.

I would actually love to visit with somebody about the reservation process. We have been coming Eagle Crest with our family for close to 40 years. We currently have 3 time shares that we use the same week for our yearly family reunion. This year was the first year we didn’t get the units we requested and waited 37 minutes to get those results. We don’t mind not getting the units, but we were able to request the units we wanted during the reservation process and then they said they taken. Just tell us the unit we get during check-in process and all things would be fine. There were multiple people checking in that were very upset due the same requests and promise, but then being denied a year later. Not sure if that makes any sense, but it is very frustrating. I feel bad for the people working check-in desk at Eagle Crest because they are getting lots of frustration from the people.
