The room could have been cleaner, there were kids hand prints on the widows and doors and shower doors. Floors were swept to the point of no edges or behind doors. Same with vacuuming no movement of anything . Cob webs and I shower gel for lower bath and nothing else , I bar of soap for the upstairs bath nothing else. 1 bath towel for the lower bath. Staff at check in area, were amazing and addressed the lack of stocking and needing a shower chair. The staff that brought the stuff was very prompt and professional and all other services were great. Just housekeeping issues and attention to detail. My Dad had never been there and loved the entire resort and the home of his friend that we visited there within Eagle Crest.

Though the front office staff was friendly and understanding, there was an issue with lack of communication and processes in place. It took me some time to sort out an issue with package deliveries at the resort as the existing staff there did not know what the process was for deliveries while the GM was away. I personally had to go to the city Post Office to sort things out there and retrieve my packages. This was time consuming on my part and required a special trip into town.
In spite of that, the housekeeping and maintenance staff that we encountered were exceptional and did requests timely and as requested. TY
Improved front office staff communications, processes in place while management is away.
The location of our unit was lovely. We were along the canyon rim and had wonderful views of the area. The front office did this one area exceptionally well. We had a 2 week stay and they were able to keep us in the same unit for the entire 2 week stay. This was a very pleasant accommodation they did as we never expected that and thought we would have to move to a different unit after the first week. Kudos to the staff for making that happen!
